Key Responsibilities
- Support visual communication efforts across digital and print channels by creating layouts, selecting typography and color palettes, and refining existing graphics.
- Develop brand assets, social media content, presentations, and other design materials that align with strategic objectives.
- Prepare design files for campaigns and internal projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with team members to understand project requirements and participate in feedback sessions.
- Iterate on design concepts based on input to meet project goals effectively.
- Manage multiple design tasks in a full-time hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in visual design, including layout, typography, color theory, and basic branding principles.
- Proficiency with common design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software, with a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Ability to translate ideas and project requirements into clear, engaging visual concepts suitable for both digital and print formats.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Attention to detail and effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior coursework, self-study, or project experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing relevant work is strongly preferred.
