We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-centric attitude, and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solutions, all while promoting the products and services offered by Devcubix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, explaining features, pricing, and benefits.
- Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities and promotions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in a technology or services-based company.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using customer service tools and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
