Responsibilities and requirements:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of work, reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.
- Communicating progress and planning with internal and external teams, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track and execution of delivery from inception to delivery.
- Proactively identify risks and develop plans to mitigate/avoid delivery of work throughout the teams and remove blockers to achieve successful delivery.
- Negotiate features and associated priority and help the team and their customers reach consensus.
- Smooth handling conflict, escalation, and dependency management.
- Meet with financial and accounting heads to establish periodic revenue goals and implement strategies on a regular basis.
- Work with other teams across the organization to utilize and establish best practices.
- Well versed in Dev Ops tools, concepts, and methodologies.
- Functional Area: Cloud, DevOps, Python, Application Development, Testing Solutions.
- Technology Stack: Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP any one), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD Pipelines, Python, Microservices (Angular, React would be a plus).
- 8 to 10 years of experience.
