Business development managers are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Quality project selection and bidding
  • Acquiring business through different channels (Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr, Linked-in, etc.) For Web Design, SEO, Web Development, App Development, and Graphic Design Projects
  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project
  • Update on product information, pricing, and contract terms
  • Interacting with international Clients (US/ UK / Canada / Australia)
  • Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with a client, and closure
  • Maintain Company Profile with a high rating on Freelancing Platforms
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s) and keep a strong follow-up.
  • Expand the international market, and maintain a good relationship with different business parties and clients
  • Keep up with the marketing trend and develop marketing strategies to support the business expansion
  • Developed products and services
  • Maintain relationships with clients
  • Recognize consumer feedback and managerial issues
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications :

Requirement:

  • BSCS / BSIT / BBA
  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Business Development

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of writing business proposals
  • Basic knowledge of technical stacks
  • Basic knowledge of designing tools
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Excellent management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Good communication skills are important so they can speak and articulate ideas.
  • Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms.
