Key Responsibilities:
• Serving tea and water to guests and visitors in hygienic manners
• Preparation of tea and coffee in small and large volume for official meetings
• Office boy may also greet guests when they visit the office
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of devices for the workplace
• Maintaining of hygienic environment in office and kitchen
• Traveling out of office premises to purchase and bring snacks and refreshment for guest from nearby market
• Training new personnel regarding the workplace office responsibilities, when needed
• In the absence of office assistant, manage the visitors and guests
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Cooperating with workplace personnel to maintain proper connections and a friendly environment within the office
• Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and get signature from them
• Help office staff by doing photocopy and Laminating and binding documents as per the requests
• Any other duty assign by the office lead.
