Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to capture detailed business process requirements.
- Coding and Configuration: Develop and deliver high-quality code for assigned software modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and seamless integration with existing system components.
- Testing and Trial Runs: Execute thorough testing of assigned modules, validate functionality across all necessary interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure the solution meets client expectations.
- Implementation: Support the deployment of software applications and their integration with other systems, focusing on maintaining system stability and performance.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including detailed reports on specifications, development activities, and progress status. Use flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code to present information effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development efforts, verify system compatibility, and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software development and testing.
- Strong expertise in DataBricks with a focus on Data Engineering.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
