Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to capture detailed business process requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.

- Coding and Configuration: Develop and deliver high-quality code for assigned software modules, aligning with client specifications and ensuring seamless integration with existing system components.

- Testing and Trial Runs: Execute thorough testing of developed modules, validate functionality across all necessary interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to confirm readiness for deployment.

- Implementation: Support the implementation of software applications and their integration with other systems, focusing on maintaining system stability and performance.

- Documentation Maintenance: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including detailed reports on specifications, activities, and status updates. Utilize flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and well-structured code to communicate information clearly.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development efforts, verify system compatibility, and ensure that delivered solutions meet established quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in software development and testing, with a strong focus on AI for Product Software Engineering.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in both coding and documentation.
