Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to capture detailed business process requirements.
- Coding and Configuration: Develop and deliver high-quality code for assigned software modules, ensuring alignment with client specifications and seamless integration with existing system components.
- Testing and Trial Runs: Execute thorough testing of assigned modules, validate functionality across all necessary interactions, and actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure quality.
- Implementation: Support the deployment and integration of software applications with other systems, ensuring operational stability and performance.
- Documentation Maintenance: Prepare comprehensive project documentation including specifications, progress reports, and status updates. Utilize flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and well-structured code to clearly communicate technical details.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development efforts, verify system compatibility, and ensure delivered solutions meet or exceed quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Experience of 3 to 5 years in software development and testing.
- Proficiency in GenAI Consulting for Applications and Infrastructure.
- Strong ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in coding, testing, and implementation within complex environments.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
