Key Responsibilities

- Understand product and software requirements thoroughly to contribute effectively to design and development.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle to resolve issues.
- Facilitate root cause analysis for system issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance and availability.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Collaborate with functional teams and systems analysts to gather detailed software requirements.
- Communicate with project managers to understand software capabilities and project scope.
- Perform coding tasks ensuring optimal software or module development.
- Evaluate operational feasibility by reviewing analysis, problem definitions, and software proposals.
- Develop and automate software validation processes by designing and executing test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Recommend and plan installations or modifications of new or existing systems based on analysis.
- Ensure code quality by eliminating bugs and test failures.
- Prepare detailed reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
- Adhere to project norms for code submission, including clear descriptions and replication patterns.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports as required.
- Coordinate daily project status updates and document progress.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, linking results to quality risks and reporting to stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Obtain regular client feedback to facilitate smooth and timely project delivery.
- Engage in continuous learning and training to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
- Consult with engineering teams to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
- Document solutions thoroughly using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Ensure professional communication and interaction with clients, including email content, fault tracking, and business etiquette.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, maintaining a complaint-free record internally and externally.

Required Qualifications

- Fullstack Java Enterprise expertise.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance parameters.
- Proven ability to develop and automate software validation processes.
- Experience in root cause analysis and performance improvement.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
