Key Responsibilities
Support the software development team in building, testing, and maintaining platform features aimed at enhancing the experience for property buyers and real estate professionals. Assist with programming tasks and debugging efforts, ensuring clean and well-documented code under supervision. Contribute to the integration of new tools and functionalities by collaborating closely with product, sales, and content teams to understand user needs. Analyze platform performance data to help translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, learn and apply best practices in web development, and actively contribute ideas to improve platform reliability and usability. Manage daily tasks in a fast-paced, startup environment while working on-site in Islamabad.

Required Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior, platform performance metrics, and technical requirements. Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and sales stakeholders. Foundational software development knowledge, including understanding the software development lifecycle, version control systems, and basic system design principles. Proficiency in programming with at least one modern language or framework such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP. Basic sales and customer orientation skills to better understand user needs and support product-market fit discussions. Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work full-time on-site in Islamabad, manage time efficiently, and adapt to the dynamic nature of a startup.
