Collection Team Lead

Eco Link is seeking a dedicated Collection Team Lead with a strong background in credit risk management and recovery. The Collection Team Lead will contribute to enhancing the company's credit management strategies and closely collaborate with various departments to ensure effective debt recovery operations. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the role demands excellent coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the collections function. The ideal candidate is well-versed in credit policies and recovery techniques, capable of analyzing credit risk, and proficient in applying best practices to improve recovery rates. The Collection Team Lead will be responsible for monitoring accounts, developing collection plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective credit recovery strategies tailored to different customer profiles.
Conduct timely follow-ups on overdue accounts to maximize collection rates.
