Masters/Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University preferred;
• Experience providing client-facing communications;
• Knowledge of immigration procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communications – ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently with emphasis on attention to detail
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to work with a minimal supervision
• Must be fluent in English. Proficiency in English would be an asset.

Duties
Overseas all aspects of the Australia, UK and Canada Visa and immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
Able to help the client to obtain Visas, Immigration and other documentation required.
You must take full responsibility of all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Follow up with potential clients on the regular basis.
