Job Requirements:
We are looking for Inbound and Outbound TSR/CSR Talented Male candidate for our US, Canada, and UK Based Campaigns.
- Candidate must be good in English Language skills.
- Outbound Calls as well as Chats and email inquiries based on requirements
- Responding to Inbound sales inquiries over the phone and email.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Handling chats/emails/calls /queries/requests.
- Respond to customers professionally to provide information about services.
- Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Should have cleared their Intermediate or A levels.
- Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.
- We are looking for a dedicated individual with a proven track record and a passion for sales.
- If you have worked in a similar role in a Digital marketing agency, software house or call center, this might be a perfect opportunity for you!
- We are willing to offer a handsome package and commissions.
- This position has the potential to grow to a manager-level position within a year for the right candidate.
