DevOps Engineer - AWS & Harness

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and Harness to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions. This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and applying infrastructure as code principles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based platforms and continuous delivery practices across multiple environments. They will drive operational excellence, platform reliability, and automation initiatives while supporting product onboarding and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalable and reliable application performance.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines leveraging Harness, Jenkins, and other automation tools.
- Automate application deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
- Enhance Harness workflows for continuous delivery, deployment automation, and rollback strategies.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment processes with a focus on security, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support containerized application deployments and orchestration using Kubernetes platforms.
- Integrate deployment pipelines with Git/GitHub, cloud services, and platform tools.
- Support GitOps-based deployment workflows using tools such as Argo CD.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, operational runbooks, and deployment guides.
- Monitor infrastructure and deployment health, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to platform reliability.
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to improve automation, deployment consistency, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Harness, AWS, AWS CloudFormation or Terraform, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Infrastructure, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Intermediate knowledge of Git/GitHub, Argo CD, and Jenkins.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Proven experience designing and managing AWS-based cloud environments.
- Strong background in deployment automation and continuous delivery platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
