Devops Engineer - Contractual

Our client is seeking experienced DevOps Engineers for a 3-month contractual assignment. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD pipeline development, and containerization. Candidates with exposure to AI technologies, agentic AI platforms, and related frameworks will be highly preferred. This role requires hands-on experience with various cloud platforms and automation tools to support seamless deployment and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows to ensure efficient software delivery.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across leading platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or similar technologies.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes services including EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Configure and optimize pipelines utilizing GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Work with build automation and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operational tasks.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.
- Support the integration of AI technologies and agentic AI platforms into existing DevOps workflows to enhance automation capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, automation, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Proven expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline templates and automation.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience with build tools Maven and Gradle.
- Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
