Innovative Software Solution is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with at least three years of practical experience. The role involves designing and managing CI/CD pipelines, overseeing cloud infrastructure, enhancing system reliability, and maintaining secure and scalable deployment environments. This part-time position offers flexibility with remote work options across Pakistan, while also requiring occasional onsite presence in Jhelum. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and have a strong background in cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across development, staging, and production environments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations, preferably using Terraform.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security to maintain operational excellence.
- Configure and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and the ELK Stack.
- Troubleshoot production issues promptly and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery preparedness.
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards across environments.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong Linux/Unix systems administration skills.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, with a preference for Terraform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and best practices.
- Experience supporting high-availability production systems in a fast-paced environment.
