Key Responsibilities

Continuous Integration and Deployment:
- Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the entire application lifecycle, covering planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure aligned with the requirements of supported software code.
- On-board applications onto DevOps tools and configure them to meet client specifications.
- Develop user access workflows and manage user permissions according to defined processes.
- Customize and engineer DevOps tools based on client needs.
- Collaborate with development teams to address coding and scripting challenges that integrate software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Utilize automation tools to streamline testing and deployment within the DevOps environment.

Customer Support and Service:
- Provide timely support to internal and external customers across multiple platforms.
- Ensure resolution of tickets within specified turnaround times (TAT), maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow established escalation procedures when issues become complex or unresolved.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on critical or recurring problems to prevent future incidents.

Performance Metrics:
- Achieve 100% error-free onboarding and implementation of continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues within agreed TAT and minimizing escalations.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in Ansible Tower is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in support of software development and deployment.
- Ability to automate testing and deployment processes using DevOps tools.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within complex environments.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
