Key Responsibilities

Drive Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Plan and execute DevOps pipelines supporting the entire application lifecycle, including planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring. Manage IT infrastructure aligned with software requirements and onboard applications onto DevOps tools, configuring them to meet client needs. Build and customize DevOps tools based on client specifications. Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate code with operating systems and production infrastructure through effective coding and scripting. Utilize automation tools to streamline testing and deployment processes within the DevOps environment.

Provide Customer Support and Service for DevOps Tools: Deliver timely support to both internal and external customers across multiple platforms. Address and resolve support tickets within defined turnaround times while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Follow established escalation procedures for complex or unresolved issues. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical or recurring problems to prevent future incidents.

Deliverables and Performance Metrics: Ensure 100% error-free onboarding and implementation of CI/CD pipelines. Achieve timely resolution of customer issues as per agreed service levels, maintaining zero escalations and high customer satisfaction scores.

Required Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure to support software deployments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to integrate and deploy applications.
- Skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and customer support within DevOps environments.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and MLOps.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Kibana and Datadog.
- Understanding of AI concepts and AWS Glue.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
