We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our IT team, focusing on fullstack projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing deployments, automating workflows, monitoring infrastructure, and collaborating closely with development teams. This position ensures smooth delivery and optimal performance of applications by maintaining robust and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, servers, and deployment pipelines to support fullstack applications.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes to streamline continuous integration and delivery.
- Monitor system performance, promptly troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
- Work collaboratively with developers to optimize code releases and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and manage configuration management, version control, and containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Maintain security protocols, perform regular backups, and oversee disaster recovery procedures.
- Create and update documentation related to deployment processes, infrastructure setup, and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a DevOps role within an IT or software development environment.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Proficiency in managing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.
- Practical expertise in containerization using Docker and orchestration through Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or comparable languages to automate tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
