The Integration Engineer will play a critical role in providing consultative business and system integration services to clients. This position involves understanding and translating customer needs into effective business and technology solutions. The engineer will drive discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journey mapping, and the design of functional and application frameworks that align with business requirements. Close collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to ensure that implemented solutions meet the intended business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead the team to achieve project objectives.
- Take ownership of team decisions and guide collaborative efforts across multiple teams.
- Engage with diverse teams to contribute to key technical and business decisions.
- Provide innovative solutions to integration challenges within the immediate team and across other teams.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and enhancing overall team capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management practices.
- Educational qualification of 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience working at client onsite locations within India is required.
- Strong consultative skills to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
