The DevOps/IT Admin Intern position at Nexsoll is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahawalpur. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring, network and server support, and infrastructure maintenance. The intern will work closely with the senior IT team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of IT services while gaining exposure to DevOps and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with monitoring and maintaining IT systems to ensure operational stability.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues reported by users.
- Support user account management and access control processes.
- Perform basic network administration tasks such as configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices.
- Help with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance to keep infrastructure secure and up-to-date.
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team on DevOps initiatives, including automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) activities.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting to resolve user issues effectively.
- Knowledge of network administration fundamentals, including device configuration and connectivity monitoring.
- Understanding of system administration and core IT services related to servers and operating systems.
- Basic familiarity with DevOps concepts such as version control, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and thorough documentation practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bahawalpur and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
