Devsinc Future Sync - 3rd Cohort

We are pleased to offer a structured internship opportunity in partnership with the Punjab Information Technology Board as part of a government-funded initiative. This program is tailored for fresh graduates seeking practical industry experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects within a dynamic work environment. The internship spans four months and provides a monthly stipend of PKR 50,000, fully funded by the Government of Punjab.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will engage in hands-on tasks across various technical and business domains, contributing to software development, quality assurance, data science, and digital marketing projects. Responsibilities include applying core programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms to solve real-world problems. Interns will collaborate with teams using version control systems like Git, participate in debugging, testing, and code optimization, and gain experience with databases including SQL and NoSQL. Depending on the assigned area, interns may work on AI/ML models, mobile application development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), DevOps practices, cloud technologies like OpenStack, or business functions such as HR, sales, and digital marketing.

Required Qualifications
- Graduated in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Must have completed graduation with a strong academic foundation in core technical concepts.
- Domicile is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles including classes, inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism.
- Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms, including arrays, strings, stacks, queues, and linked lists.
- Basic understanding of database fundamentals and familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience or familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Awareness of software development best practices, debugging, testing, and code optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with knowledge or hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred: AI/ML and Data Science, Python programming, MERN stack or Node.js development, mobile development frameworks (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), DevOps, OpenStack, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Finance & Operations), Software Quality Assurance, and web development.
