Responsibilities

Conduct online English language lessons effectively using various teaching platforms.
Teach topics such as Spoken English, Grammar, Communication Skills, Academic English, and IELTS preparation based on your expertise.
Develop and tailor lesson plans to meet the unique learning requirements of each student.
Support students in improving their speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary skills.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with students and their guardians to monitor progression and address needs.
Track and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
Ensure lessons start and end punctually and maintain a professional demeanor throughout sessions.
Create a positive and encouraging virtual learning environment that promotes active participation and confidence.
Lead and coordinate a team of 15 tutors to ensure quality and consistency in tutoring delivery.
Manage scheduling, provide guidance, and support to team members to enhance overall team performance.
Keep up to date with best practices in online teaching and relevant educational technologies.
Maintain reliable technical setup including stable internet connection and teaching devices to ensure seamless session delivery.
