Business Development Manager

DG Tech Machinery, a leading company specializing in plastic industrial solutions such as injection molding machines, auxiliaries, cap compression and blow machines, and related equipment, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager. This role involves driving new business growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and overall company objectives. The position is based in Lahore and requires managing a small team of two persons to support business development activities. The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering, complemented by 2-3 years of B2B sales experience. Familiarity with the plastic industry is advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills along with a self-motivated and target-driven approach are essential. Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets within the plastic industry.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and prospecting new leads.
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop strategic business plans that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of a small team of two members, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client contracts and project timelines.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Continuously improve processes and sales techniques to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
