Diagnostic Technician - Service Center - Gujranwala

PakWheels Service Center is seeking experienced and skilled automotive technicians with a strong background in servicing Japanese and Korean vehicles, including Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Hyundai, and Kia. Candidates with Toyota Pro Technician certification or equivalent expertise are highly preferred. The ideal technician will be proficient in performing quick and efficient maintenance services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform engine oil changes and replace filters accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct transmission oil changes for both manual and automatic systems.
- Carry out engine tuning and basic repair tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Clean throttle bodies, injectors, and air filters to maintain engine efficiency.
- Inspect brake systems, coolant levels, belts, and hoses for wear or damage.
- Identify minor faults and advise customers on necessary repairs.
- Adhere strictly to PakWheels standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure service quality and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the work area to promote a safe and organized environment.
- Handle tools and equipment properly to prevent damage and ensure longevity.
- Deliver quick and accurate services to meet customer expectations and minimize vehicle downtime.

Required Qualifications

- Certified Toyota Pro Technician or an equivalent level of technical expertise.
- Proven experience working with Honda, Suzuki, Hyundai, and Kia vehicles.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional workshop or service center.
- Solid understanding of automotive mechanical systems and components.
- Basic knowledge of customer service practices is advantageous.

Technical Skills Required

- Proficiency in engine oil and filter changes.
- Skilled in changing transmission oil for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Experience with engine tuning and diagnostic scanning tools.
- Ability to clean throttle bodies and fuel injectors effectively.
- Competence in basic fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of brake pad and brake fluid replacement procedures.
- Battery testing and replacement expertise.
- Replacement of air and cabin filters as part of routine maintenance.
