Position Report to: GM Finance
Principal Accountabilities :
- Preparation and finalization of bank position.
- Preparation and finalization of cash position.
- Bank account charges sheet preparation quarterly basis.
- On company’s request arrange company bank account opening which includes arrangement of board resolutions / S.S Cards and other formalities with the coordination of corporate department.
- Group’s all accounts documents should update on yearly basis according to brought forward changes from corporate department.
- Group personnel account opening responsibility and resolve their queries accordingly.
- Arrangement of cash /PO /DD statements (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) as on Sponsors requirements. Follow up of all transactions with the team coordination.
- Reconciliation of PDC’s report with bank statements and system reports should be update in ERP/ Oracle/EBS.
- Will play a Vital role in all Operational activities till their completion
