- Handling Lease Finance Portfolio of Diamond Group of Industries.
- Responsible for the documentation of new lease contracts and finalization of charge credentials according to financial institutes.
- Registration of charges with SECP pertains to Lease Finance with the help of corporate affairs department.
- Preparation of payments schedules and then arrangements of New lease payment PDC’s for the whole tenure in timely manner.
- Liaisoning with banks for the NOC for matured contracts, further arrangement of vacation of charge(s) from search report.
- Monthly quarterly and semi-annually Kibor difference and revision payments arrangements.
- Arrangement of transfer letters for matured leases.
- Arrangements of DO ‘s for new vehicles with following the procedure of Insurance and Registration in Excise.
- Ensured all Rental payments of all Group contracts on time to avoid Late payment charges.
- Updating Leasing Report on regular basis.
- Any other duties assigned by seniors of the department.
Skill Set Required:
- Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete multi-tasking, able to priorities’ and organize effectively.
- Strong influencing, leadership skills inter personal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel & knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Able to cope with sustained pressure.
