- To visit market on daily basis.
- To fill checklist & maintain the basic things regarding display. (Stock level, pending orders & accessories stocks)
- To check previous day booking.
- To send sales report / booking report from market to RSM on daily basis.
- To visit competitor’s shop once in a week in his area especially Model shops.
- To prepare & submit sales report on weekly basis party wise/ Brand wise with RSM.
- To give competitor’s price lists timely to RSM through email or What’s up.
- To give competitor’s information regarding promotion / Invention /boards to RSM.
- To specially visit vacant areas once a week.
