National Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager (NSM) to join our team. As the NSM, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets across the nation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve revenue objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Travel as necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, and oversee regional sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
