Diesel Operator

Venus Group of Companies is seeking a responsible and experienced Diesel Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring diesel-powered equipment, ensuring its safe and efficient functioning. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor diesel-powered machinery effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Regularly check diesel fuel levels and monitor overall equipment performance.
- Identify, document, and report any technical faults or operational issues promptly.
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company guidelines at all times.
- Ensure that equipment is prepared and ready for operation whenever needed.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Diesel Operator or in a similar capacity.
- Solid knowledge of diesel equipment operation and maintenance practices.
- Ability to recognize and report technical problems accurately.
- Demonstrated responsibility, punctuality, and flexibility regarding work hours.
- Possession of relevant technical qualifications is considered an advantage.

- Working hours are set at 8 hours per day, with the expectation of availability during operational needs or emergencies, including outside regular hours.
- Overtime compensation will be provided according to company policy and applicable labor laws.

This full-time position is based at the company’s location on Multan Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires in-person attendance and offers a monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
