Responsibilities:
- Utilize social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Twitch and others to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Engage with leads through chat-based communication tools (e.g., chatbots, messaging apps) to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, addressing their concerns and objections, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Qualify leads based on their level of interest, budget, and timeline, and prioritize opportunities for follow-up and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chat-based sales and social selling techniques.
Requirements:
- +6 months experience in chat sales.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and chat-based communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
