Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow call center “script” to generate leads from US and UK market
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, and generate requirement for services provided by company.
Job brief
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively understanding and forwarding customer requirements, following up with sales team to keep track of project progress; managing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “script” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Record maintaining of daily calling data
Recording maintaining of leads genreated
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer support role
Proven Track record of hitting calling targets
Experience in generating leads for digital services
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
Good English Accent
Package 12,000 to 15,000 Plus Incentives.
