We are looking for  senior customer support representative who can lead our team and act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Give accurate direction and support to team to facilitate successful completion of organization’s targets and performance goals
  • Make use of proven business techniques in the identification of lapses and loop holes in the organization’s customer service department and recommend better strategies that will yield better results
  • Achieve productivity and goals while maintaining the high standards of customer service

  • Manage and handle queries

  • Dealing with Vendors 

  • Handling and leading different queries and complains about orders, returns, inquiries, shipments

  • Intimate employees with the rules and regulations of the organization in order to enable them work in accordance with acceptable standards as this will affect their level of productivity and performance
  • Liaise with other trainers/training departments to ensure that employees are very knowledgeable about work ethics and latest trends obtainable in the business market to obtain better results
  • Instantly troubleshoot any sort of issues that may occur

  • Other tasks related to customer support and team lead

The applicant must have the following:

  • Excellent Communication and written skills (preferably American accent)
  • Computer Educate (MS Office)
  • Bachelor or higher degree
  • Experienced in related field
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of customer relations
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Have good sense of judgment
  • Good managerial skills

Candidates with IELTS or TOEFL would be preferred
