·         The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing solutions related to new and existing products, modules and services.

·         As TPM you will set milestones for each project, coordinates efforts between client operations and project technical team, in order to effectively and efficiently deliver projects according to plan.

·         This position works with internal and external stakeholders to bring structure while implementing complex, project -­based processes.

·         TPM should have a clear understanding and working knowledge of all components within an infrastructure, including but not limited to Virtualization, Database, Networks, Cloud platforms, with the ability to direct project team and advise customers,

·         TPM will combine the often conflicting roles of technical manager, communicator, and quality assurance analyst.

·         As TPM you will be required to go through the trainings pertaining to the solutions under deployment.

·         On any given day your role will be:

  1. Write a status report
  2. Compose a dozen communications emails
  3. Help his team prioritize the latest set of technical issues
  4. Assist his team in identifying the problem at the root of several technical issues
  5. Employ one or more mitigation strategies for technical risks

 GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:      

·         Create and manage the plan for moving technical solution to final client handoff

·         Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards required for successful delivery.

·         Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project

·         Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans. 

·         Own the communication and execution of solution handover to client services, service delivery, technology and other team members at designated milestones.

·         Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.

·         Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.

·         Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.  

·         Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups within organization.

·         Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement.     

·         Some travel may be required.

·         Performs additional related duties as assigned.
