The candidate will specialize in transforming Figma and PSD designs into fully responsive and pixel-perfect HTML webpages. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript is essential, along with the ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility. Attention to detail and strong English communication skills are required to understand project requirements and effectively execute assigned tasks.
This role focuses on crafting high-quality web pages that meet performance and search engine optimization standards. The developer will work collaboratively within a dynamic environment, contributing directly to the user experience by delivering clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant code. Although this position does not involve team management responsibilities, the developer must independently manage workloads and deadlines while maintaining consistent technical quality and communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Convert Figma and PSD designs accurately into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML5 and CSS3 code while adhering to design specifications.
- Implement cross-browser compatible web pages ensuring consistent appearance and functionality across all major browsers.
- Utilize CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap to expedite development without compromising on customization and responsiveness.
- Apply JavaScript to enhance website interactivity and user experience where required.
- Optimize web page performance including loading speed and responsiveness using best practices in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure web pages comply with accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of web pages to identify and resolve any issues related to layout, responsiveness, or functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers by clearly communicating progress, challenges, and delivering assigned tasks on time.
- Apply search engine optimization techniques including on-page SEO and keyword research to improve website visibility and ranking.
- Use version control tools proficiently to manage and track changes in codebase efficiently.
- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain thorough documentation of coding processes, standards, and project workflows to facilitate seamless team collaboration.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices to enhance skill set and optimize development processes.
