Digital Art Sales & Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Art Sales & Outreach Specialist who has a deep understanding of online artist, gaming, streaming, and creator communities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling digital artwork, commissions, character designs, emotes, avatars, banners, illustrations, and other creative digital products through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers interested in digital artwork and creative services.
- Generate leads using platforms such as Discord, Twitch, X (Twitter), DeviantArt, Reddit, gaming, streaming, and artist communities.
- Conduct professional and respectful outreach via direct messages and community interactions without spamming.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate digital art products or services.
- Sell a variety of digital products including illustrations, character designs, custom artwork, avatars, Twitch emotes, banners, thumbnails, logos, and more.
- Convert inquiries and conversations into confirmed paid orders.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with artists, streamers, gamers, VTubers, influencers, and content creators.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Handle basic sales negotiations and communicate pricing clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate closely with artists and designers to ensure client requirements are accurately conveyed and met.
- Research market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to stay competitive.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in online sales, particularly in digital art sales, commission sales, or creative services sales.
- Demonstrated success selling digital artwork or creative services online.
- Experience generating leads and engaging customers through online communities and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, direct messaging, follow-ups, and sales conversations.
- Ability to identify potential buyers and convert leads into paying customers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with platforms including Discord, Twitch, X/Twitter, DeviantArt, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, and various gaming, streaming, and artist communities.
- Prior sales experience with digital art products such as art commissions, character designs, custom illustrations, Twitch and Discord emotes, VTuber artwork, gaming artwork, avatars, streamer graphics, YouTube thumbnails, banners, logos, and other creative digital products.
- Practical knowledge of community outreach on Discord, Twitch, VTuber networks, X/Twitter, and Reddit.
- Skills in cold direct messaging, lead generation, social selling, sales funnel management, CRM or Google Sheets usage, upselling, cross-selling, international client handling, and online payment processing.
- Experience with art marketplaces is a plus.

Candidates who have actively sold digital art or creative services and understand how to naturally engage and convert potential buyers within online communities will be prioritized. General social media management experience without direct sales exposure will not be given preference.

Performance Metrics for this role include qualified leads generated, number of sales conversations, follow-ups completed, conversion rates, paid orders, monthly revenue, repeat customers, and achievement of sales targets.
