Digital Banking Officer - Infrastructure (OG-II/OG-I)

The National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a Digital Banking Officer specializing in Infrastructure at the OG-II/OG-I level. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the digital banking infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements related to digital banking systems.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, network architecture, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements applicable to digital banking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
