Responsibilities:

Focus on leading organizational willingness for product launch efforts.
Connect with internal team members to discuss needs and expectations, address concerns, define project outlines, and timelines.
Create an implementation strategy/outlines in coordination with assigned resources.
Communicate implementation strategies, requirements, and assignments to team members.
Facilitate project reviews and work with the team to assess opportunities for improvement.
Ensures successful product launch and organization readiness in a friendly and courteous manner.
Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
Maintains launch records, schedules, plans, documents.
Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, and up to the customer’s quality standards by ensuring that activities are properly sequenced and within coordinated timelines.
Communicate across various departments and with multiple third-party vendors to ensure project progress.

Requirements:

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of project management.
Minimum 4-5 Years of proven working experience as a project administrator in the Healthcare or BPO.
Solid Managerial background, with understanding or hands-on experience in project and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
