Digital Content Creator

Inspurate Business Services is seeking an experienced Digital Content Creator to join our team and develop engaging digital content for a cutting-edge AI product. Working closely with the founder, you will transform raw videos, product walkthroughs, screenshots, documentation, and talking points into polished, professional content that supports marketing, sales, and customer engagement efforts. This role is hands-on and focuses primarily on producing short-form videos, product demonstrations, screen recordings, visual content, and AI-assisted creative assets. Efficiency, quality, and the ability to deliver ready-to-use materials for various teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Repurpose existing recordings into multiple clips, hooks, captions, and thumbnails to maximize content usage.
- Record and edit software walkthroughs and product demonstrations using tools such as Loom and OBS Studio.
- Produce professional demos for software platforms, AI applications, and digital services.
- Develop product explainers and sales demonstration videos that clearly communicate value.
- Design graphics, presentations, and supporting marketing assets using Canva and similar design software.
- Record and edit voiceovers, including AI-generated narration, to enhance video content.
- Add captions, subtitles, callouts, transitions, and motion graphics to improve viewer engagement.
- Utilize generative AI tools for scripting, content planning, video production, and creative development.
- Translate complex technical product information into clear, engaging content for business audiences.
- Ensure consistent branding and high-quality presentation across all content assets.
- Manage content files, templates, versions, and reusable assets efficiently.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, or multimedia production with a strong portfolio of independently produced work.
- Ability to transform raw footage and source materials into polished, publishable content.
- Experience producing short-form videos specifically for social media platforms.
- Proficiency with screen-recording and video-editing tools such as Loom, OBS Studio, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong skills in visual storytelling, pacing, layout, and presentation.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Capability to understand software products and visually communicate their value effectively.
- Experience creating captions, thumbnails, graphics, and voiceovers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content production workflows and tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with practical experience using the following tools will be highly regarded:
- Video Production & Editing: Loom, OBS Studio, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects
- Design & Presentations: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable creative software
- AI & Content Production: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs, and other AI-assisted video, image, and voice-generation platforms
- Content Distribution: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant digital channels

Our team will provide access to the product, raw recordings, screenshots, documentation, talking points, branding guidelines, and creative direction. You will be responsible for understanding the project requirements, planning content, and independently producing the final assets.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, DHA Phase 1, working Monday through Friday.
