Digital Content Specialist

People Perfect is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Digital Content Specialist to join our Learning & Growth (L&G) team. This role involves developing, managing, and continuously enhancing engaging digital learning content that aligns with both business and learning objectives. The specialist will also support the facilitation and execution of training programs, ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a variety of digital learning assets, including e-learning modules, multimedia content, videos, presentations, and assessments.
- Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric and engaging digital experiences.
- Manage content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other platforms, handling uploads, updates, publishing, and version control.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and timely delivery of content through regular testing and quality assurance checks.
- Support and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning interventions, including coordination and execution.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IT, HR, and business teams on learning projects.
- Utilize learner feedback and analytics to continuously improve content and overall learning experiences.
- Explore and implement AI, emerging technologies, and digital learning tools to boost learner engagement and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital learning, e-learning development, multimedia content creation, or training.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, e-learning standards such as SCORM, LMS management, and multimedia production.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Articulate 360/Rise, and video editing software.
- Effective training facilitation, presentation, and training execution skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and digital learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and working methods.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- A learner-centric mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement.
