JazzCash is looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Digital Creative Expert to spearhead the creation of next-generation visual content using advanced Artificial Intelligence tools. This role involves producing high-quality images, videos, animations, and other creative assets through cutting-edge Generative AI platforms, enabling faster content production and enhanced storytelling at scale. The ideal candidate will blend creativity, technology, and innovation to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences while staying current with rapidly evolving AI capabilities. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is based at JazzCash Headquarters in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Powered Content Creation: Generate AI-driven images, videos, animations, and visual concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, product launches, leadership presentations, and internal communications. Produce cinematic-quality AI videos from text prompts, scripts, and reference materials. Develop photorealistic, stylized, and branded visual assets consistent with JazzCash’s brand identity. Design AI-powered product demos, explainer videos, concept films, mood boards, and instructional content.
- Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Management: Create, test, and refine advanced AI prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs. Develop repeatable workflows for image and video generation, voice synthesis, lip-syncing, motion graphics, and content enhancement. Continuously explore emerging AI tools and recommend innovative applications to support business growth.
- Creative Innovation: Work closely with Brand, Creative, Digital, Product, and Content teams to conceptualize and deliver AI-first campaigns. Translate traditional creative briefs into AI-enabled visual solutions. Rapidly prototype campaign ideas and creative concepts before full production.
- AI Technology Leadership: Assess and implement new AI platforms and technologies. Stay updated on developments in Generative AI, multimodal AI, synthetic media, and creative automation. Establish best practices, governance standards, and quality control processes for AI-generated content.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in creative production, digital content creation, design, animation, filmmaking, or related fields, preferably within fintech, telecommunications, technology, or consumer brands.
- Proven expertise in AI-assisted video editing, VFX, motion graphics, and virtual production.
- Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, automation tools, and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Experience creating AI avatars, synthetic voiceovers, and multilingual content.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated images, videos, campaigns, and creative projects.
- Solid understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency with traditional creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a self-starter capable of independently managing projects from start to finish.
- Positive, solution-focused attitude with humility and a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences.
- Experience using leading AI platforms including Midjourney, ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Flux, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Claude, and other emerging Generative AI tools.
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, lighting, editing, and design principles.
- Ability to produce realistic, commercial-grade visual content with excellent aesthetic judgment.
