Blue Crane Communications (BCC) is initiating the pilot phase of its Global Engineering & Solutions Centre (GESC) in Pakistan. We are seeking a select group of exceptional engineers eager to contribute to building a cutting-edge operation from the ground up. As BCC transitions from a traditional systems integrator to a leader in Intelligent Infrastructure and Managed Operations, the GESC will serve as the core engineering and solution-development hub supporting projects across Africa and other international markets. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of digital engineering and solution architecture aligned with BCC’s strategic vision for 2030.
- Translate complex customer operational challenges into cohesive, integrated technology and engineering solutions.
- Drive innovation by combining expertise across multiple domains including automation, electrical systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), Internet of Things (IoT), Operational Technology (OT), data platforms, and digital twins.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of intelligent infrastructure and managed operations.
- Establish best practices and frameworks that will guide the engineering efforts of the Global Engineering & Solutions Centre.
- Support the scaling of engineering solutions to meet the demands of international projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in engineering roles that encompass multiple disciplines such as automation, electrical systems, BMS, IoT, OT, and data platforms.
- Strong background in digital twins and intelligent infrastructure development.
- Demonstrated ability to architect complex engineering solutions that address operational challenges.
- Experience in leading engineering teams or projects, preferably in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
