What you will do
· Develop and optimize SEO and SEM efforts across multiple search engines including Google, Bing and Yahoo
· Launch new, and optimize performance on existing PPC (pay per click) campaigns
· Manage budgets and bidding of CPC (cost per click) keywords within ongoing paid search campaigns
· Stay up to date with search industry best practices and important emerging tactics
· Creation of organic and paid search strategies for clients
· Performs advanced research and analyses on search performance metrics such as quality score and competitive analyses
· Measures the effectiveness of SEM strategies in terms of ROI, traffic, and conversion against the overall goals of the business, making sure SEM campaigns stay aligned with business objectives
· Campaign tracking including installing, troubleshooting and analysing results of Facebook pixels, remarketing tags, etc.
What You Bring to the Table
· Active Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Ads Fundamentals, as well as Google Ads Display, Mobile, Search, Video, Shopping
· Familiarity with advanced Google tools for web performance such as tag manager, search console, and data studio
· Working knowledge and understanding of HTML, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Ecommerce platforms
· Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, and campaign reports and dashboards
· Solid project management and multi-tasking abilities
· A mindset of continuous learning to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving industry
· A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
· Ability to interact with client, breaking down complicated trade terms into basic business vernacular
