Position Summary: As a Graphic Designer specializing in Social Media Content, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging and visually stunning content for our various social media platforms. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our brand identity, increasing our online visibility, and engaging our audience across different digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop a deep understanding of brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Create eye-catching and innovative visual content tailored for specific social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Design and produce a wide range of content, including static graphics, animated GIFs, videos, infographics, stories, and other interactive elements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media features, and industry best practices to continually evolve and optimize our social media content strategy.
- Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual and textual content complement each other effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Monitor engagement metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the effectiveness of social media content.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong emphasis on creating social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of engaging and impactful social media design projects.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and design specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively, and incorporate feedback.
- Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is highly desirable.
