HR Executive

Our company is seeking a Female HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the Call Center/BPO industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment, training, and development of our employees while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment plans to ensure timely hiring of the right talent for our organization
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the hiring process
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and ensure ongoing development
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and government regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage employee files
Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention rates
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, vacation and sick time, and other benefits
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as an HR Executive in the Call Center/BPO industry
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
