Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks {{such as Drupal 8, Symfony, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, etc}}
- Experience with building restful JSON web services Knowledge of API's, such as twitter, Facebook, Google maps, Instagram, etc.
- Must have strong understanding of OOP and latest versions of PHPv7.1,7,3
- Experience in PHP CMS (WordPress plugin and theme development)
- PHPUnit Testing is a must and take accountability for the quality of your work.
- Strong understanding of MySQL, MariaDB and other tools
- Working experience with GIT, Docker.
- Familiar running a NGINX and Apache webserver
- Familiarity with Jira, Teamwork (and other project management tools).
- Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
- Follow industry best practices
- Other duties as assigned
PHP Developer requirements and qualifications:
- Previous working experience as a PHP Developer for 5 years.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
- keen to learn new technologies.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
