Digital Imaging Specialist/ Digital Artist

We are currently looking for creative and detail-oriented Digital Imaging Specialists, Digital Artists, and 3D Artists to join a remote project focused on producing high-quality stylized assets based on briefs and references. This role requires strong expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and material creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create stylized 3D models and digital assets across various styles including low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven designs.
- Recreate realistic and stylized textures such as clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
- Apply advanced skills in topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering to produce polished assets.
- Generate consistent variations of assets while optimizing them for production efficiency.
- Document workflows clearly and incorporate feedback from the team to refine outputs.

Required Qualifications
- Open to freshers, emerging digital artists, and experienced professionals alike.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating stylized 3D work and exploration of different materials.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Blender, ZBrush, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with relevant plugins and scripting tools to enhance workflow.
- Understanding of non-photorealistic rendering (NPR) workflows, visual storytelling techniques, and asset optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and effective time management.

Project Details and Benefits
This is a remote project expected to last 8 to 10 weeks, offering flexible hours up to 40 hours per week. Part-time artists working up to 20 hours weekly are also encouraged to apply. Compensation is paid in USD and is based on approved tasks, providing clear earning potential. The engagement begins after portfolio approval and onboarding.
