KoreSys Technologies is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team and contribute to the growth of both international and local clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, driving both organic and paid traffic, and collaborating closely with creative teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to campaign management, data analysis, and content planning to maximize client ROI and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment for clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive organic and paid digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and brand visibility.
- Plan and maintain content calendars, overseeing daily posting activities across all social media channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce compelling, high-converting advertising assets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly and prepare detailed analytics reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns within a digital agency environment.
- Demonstrated expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms, complemented by a solid understanding of SEO principles.
- Practical experience using social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines effectively and work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Relevant certifications such as Meta Certified Associate, Google Ads certification, or Google Analytics 4 (GA4) are highly advantageous.
