Digital Marketer- Meta Ads Expert

MCS Digitizing is seeking a skilled Digital Marketer / Performance Marketer to join their team at their Karachi office. This is an onsite, night shift role based in Block 12, Federal B Area, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The position offers a market-competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 150,000 per month. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce and international digital campaigns, with a focus on social media marketing and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage and handle social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and brand presence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Utilize audience targeting and retargeting techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, specifically within e-commerce and international campaigns.
- Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager with hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram marketing, including audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign metrics and improve performance indicators such as ROAS.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and creating content calendars.
- Solid understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
