Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Islamabad | Work Model: Remte/ Hybrid
Salary: PKR 70,000–80,000 per month
About the Role We are looking for a smart, hands-on Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, SEO and digital lead generation. The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, create, run and optimise campaigns across Google and social media platforms to improve online visibility and generate quality leads. Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and improve campaign performance.
- Perform SEO activities to improve Google rankings, website visibility and local search presence.
- Create and manage targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Research audiences, select appropriate demographics and optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce costs.
- Create basic marketing content, ad creatives, graphics and short videos as required.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide simple reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Manage social media presence and support digital marketing projects for our business and international clients.
- 2+ years of practical experience in Google Ads and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research and website optimisation.
- Hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns and generating leads.
- Ability to create basic graphics, marketing content and short videos using tools such as Canva or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and campaign performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, practical and capable of managing tasks independently.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Salary of PKR 70,000–80,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
